North Korea is expanding a weapons plant that manufactures missiles used by Russia against Ukraine, according to new research from a US-based think tank.

Russian President Vladimir Putin’s latest threat to strike Ukraine with the Oreshnik missile shows his desire to continue the war. Russia is degrading to the level of North Korea, according to Ukrainian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Heorhii Tykhyi.

Ukraine’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs has responded to the lateststatement by Russian ruler Vladimir Putin regarding possible strikes by new Oreshnik ballistic missiles against "decision-making centres" in Kyiv.
