Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa of The Bloodline successfully retained their tag team titles in a triple threat ladder match against DIY and The Street Profi

The Bloodline defied the odds on WWE SmackDown. On the October 4 episode of WWE SmackDown, The Bloodline (Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa) defended the WWE Tag Team Championship against #DIY (Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa) and The Street Profits (Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins).

The Bloodline retains the WWE Tag Team Championships over #DIY and The Street Profits in a sensational main event.

Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa did their part to maintain The Bloodline's stranglehold on WWE SmackDown. The brothers turned away two sets of challengers in a ladder match one night before their stablemates Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu battle Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns at Bad Blood.
