In this third installment, "Sisterhood Above All," we begin with a shellshocked Valya exiting the palace gates on Salusa Secundus with Sister Theodosia. Fearing that the Sisterhood's hold on the great houses is quickly slipping, they must act fast to regain control, especially with the Emperor's House Corrino.

Dune: Prophecy Episode 3, titled Sisterhood Above All, will see major plot twists in an increasingly charged storyline for both Desmond Hart, a tool of the Emperor, and Valya Harkonnen. The tension was high in Episode 2, and it will continue to establish events that will affect the trajectory of the series as a whole.

Sisterhood above all” is the motto of Valya and Tula’s secretive organization, but its meaning seems to depend on which sister is saying it.

The Sisterhood. The sisterhood in question refers to the manipulative nuns known as Truthsayers, but it could just as easily refer to the two most important characters in the show: Valya and Tula Harkonnen.
