Awaiting a new New York trial next year on additional sex crimes charges, Harvey Weinstein seems to be wishing he was spending Thanksgiving behind bars at the Wende Correctional Facility near Buffalo and not at Rikers Island.

Weinstein was accused of sexual assault or harassment by over 80 women, victims of which provided a list of over 100 instances of abuse.

Harvey Weinstein’s lawyers filed a legal claim Tuesday against New York City, alleging the disgraced Hollywood mogul is receiving poor medical care and living in an unhygienic environment at the Rikers Island jail complex.
