Novak Djokovic has revealed he intends to extend his tennis love affair in retirement – after his father leaked one of his son’s main long-term plans. The Serbian great is still going strong at the age of 37 and finally adding Olympic gold to his immense CV in Paris in the summer.

The 24-time Grand Slam champion, still competing at an elite level at age 37, recently added an Olympic gold medal to his illustrious career in Paris. Djokovic may even continue playing until the Los Angeles Games in 2028, as he hinted at the possibility of extending his career by another four years.

Should the Professional Tennis Players’ Association achieve its stated ambition – which is to help more pros earn a viable living – this will add another cubit to the legend of its co-founder Novak Djokovic.

Novak Djokovic is currently in Shanghai for the Masters tournament and is making the most of his time in China, with the 24-time grand slam winner showing off his Chinese language skills.
