Facing accusations of trivial upgrades, Apple is out to prove that smartphone innovation isn’t dead with a new artificial intelligence system for its latest iPhones. Its big sell is that it can rewrite your emails and messages, create zany emojis on the fly and turn Siri into a ChatGPT-style chatterbox.

Apple's new Apple Intelligence system is set to launch in October. Initial features include Writing Tools, Clean Up in Photos, and more. iPhone 16 and iPhone 15 Pro/Pro Max users will be the first to experience these updates.

The report also revealed that Apple Intelligence will require as much as 4GB of free storage to be available on one's device or devices, but it is expected to ask for more in future updates. Moreover, users must also have their device set to English, as it will only be the supported language once it is released.
