In the latest College Football Playoff Rankings released on Tuesday night, Ole Miss fell to No. 14, a drop of five spots from last week's mark of No. 9. That puts the Rebels in a difficult position in terms of reaching the playoff with one regular season game left to play followed by conference championship week.

The Rebels lead the SEC in scoring and is second in scoring defense. They’re at full strength for the first time in awhile, led by the expected return of star receiver Tre Harris.

The Florida Gators took down the No. 9 Ole Miss Rebels 24-17 on Saturday at Florida Field. That’s four consecutive home wins for the Gators (6-5, 4-4 SEC), including back-to-back victories against ranked opponents that qualified them for a bowl game.
